Founders

Hey Darling,
We are Rae and Alieyah! Founders of Rho Alpha Epsilon Sorority, Incorporated. Our journeys are uniquely our own, yet divinely aligned by a shared calling: to create a sanctuary where feminine-presenting people of color can dream, heal, and flourish. Rho Alpha Epsilon was born from lived experience, quiet reflection, and bold declarations of love, legacy, and liberation.
At the heart of our bond and this sorority are the values we hold sacred: our faith in God, our commitment to honesty, our devotion to sisterhood, our pursuit of peace, and our passion for community service.
Rae is a devoted mother to two radiant daughters, a lover of fashion, literature, travel, and still waters. Her life is a tapestry of purpose and serenity, shaped by her service in the United States Army and her career in nursing. Witnessing the impact of poverty on healing ignited her mission to serve with intentional love—feeding the hungry, clothing the vulnerable, and earning a degree in Human Services to deepen her impact. Her guiding mantras, “I do great ish” and “If I can’t help, I certainly won’t harm,” reflect the heart-centered leadership she brings to Rho.
Alieyah resides in St. Louis, where she shares life with her loving spouse. Raised by her grandmother in a faith-filled home, she carries the values of reverence, resilience, and grace into every space she enters. Her mature spirit is balanced by a joy for travel, shopping, and singing—expressions of a woman who leads with humility and warmth. Called to create Rho Alpha Epsilon from a deep need for sisterhood, Alieyah brings gentleness and wisdom to the sorority’s foundation.
Together, we built Rho Alpha Epsilon not just as an organization, but as a sovereign home—a divine circle where elegance meets strength, and tradition meets transformation. It is a lifelong sisterhood, a coronation of Divine Truth, and a sacred space where every member is reminded: you are seen, you are sacred, and you belong.
